This year UBC BBQ Championship and Open Polish BBQ Championship has been completed.

We would like to thank all participants for taking part in the event, congratulate the winners and wish more luck next year to those that has not been so successful.

The title of UBC BBQ Championship in professional category went to “Made in Latvia” team from Riga in Latvia.

The winners of UBC BBQ Championship in amateur category were “Mitau” team from Jelgava in Latvia.

The best Polish bbq team was from Gdansk- “Polska Izba Gospodarcza restauratorów I hotelarzy”.
